She is passionate about improving cybersecurity training and communication, and reducing friction so that people can make more secure choices in everyday work and daily life. Mikael Nilsson Mikael Nilsson is the Product Security Lead for Customer Intelligence R&D at SAS Institute Inc. He spends his time helping engineering teams ship fast without shipping risk, by embedding security and privacy into DevOps and SDLC practices rather than bolting them on afterwards. Outside of work, Mikael is a serious casual gamer, a groomed-slope carver, a fan of Japanese cars, and is known to sample weird craft beer wherever he may roam.
